Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Any products with opened blister packs

  • Any items that have been used or are not in their original condition

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at budwickdiscounttackle@gmail.com.

We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any applicable return costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
